About the books:

What age range are your books suitable for?

There are many categories of children's books for different ages (with overlapping age ranges).
But as a general rule of thumb, my books are for children between 2-8 years.

What book formats are available?

For now, only paperback books are available. Although I'm working on other formats for the future, including hardcover and even audiobooks, so stay tuned!

Do you offer signed copies?

Some of my books will be available as signed copies. Information on upcoming signed copies will be made known on my Social Media accounts.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I am shipping to Ireland, Great Britian and other EU Countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden)

How long does shipping take?

I will get all orders ready to ship within 1-2 working days. The actual shipping time, however, depends on the destination country.
Orders shipped within Ireland are usually delivered within 1 working day; orders shipped to other countries may take up to 10 days. Christmas and other Bank Holidays may delay the delivery time.

Why is shipping so expensive?

As a small business that is just starting, I'm not able to cover any of the shipping costs myself to reduce the costs for my customers. I'm working on finding a solution for the future, but for now, it is not possible to change the shipping costs given to me by AnPost.

Are customs included in the price?

Natalie Ross Illustrations does not cover any additional costs. The customer is completely responsible for ALL duties and taxes upon delivery according to your country's laws.
